Calculation-free zone. Dummy invoices look identical to real ones and produce the same PDF, but they never appear in outstanding balance or any other figure. When a sale is locked in, the admin can shift the matching dummy into the real Invoice Library from its menu.

📣 Marketing & Integrations
Loading…Server-side tokens for the Marketing module. Pulls Meta ad spend & leads, matches against GHL contacts, and joins with portal sales to compute ROAS & cost-per-acquisition. Tokens stay on the server — they are never sent back to the browser after save.
📘 How to mint a Meta system-user access token (5 minutes)
- Go to
business.facebook.com→ Business Settings → Users → System Users. - Create a system user (or pick an existing one). Assign it to your Meta App.
- On the system user's page, click Generate New Token. Pick your app. Scopes:
ads_readandbusiness_management. Expiry: Never. - Under Assets, add Ad Account act_734354541434181 with View performance permission.
- Copy the token, paste it above, click Save → then Test connection.

Long-lived keys for programmatic access to the portal API. Each key acts with full admin permissions. Use the Authorization: Bearer <key> or X-API-Key: <key> header on requests to /wp-json/tot/v1/….
